Why should you include mongo beans in your diet?

Mongo beans are great source of Protein, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Potassium.  And a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Folate, Copper and Manganese. It is low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol.

Harvest Offerings on Saturday (7th August) and Monday (9th September)


Please check out our harvest offerings on Monday (9th September) which you can pre-order today until Saturday, cut off is 11:00 am.  We are also offering subscription for September and October harvest.  You can save time and money by subscribing to a food basket which you can customise ahead of time.

*Available on Saturday or everyday but booking is needed.

While other items particularly perishable items such as salad greens, vegs and fruits are available either Monday or Thursday market days.
